This bill recognizes the importance of the outdoor recreation industry in our state by creating the Division of Outdoor Recreation. The Division will promote the growth of the significant outdoor recreation economy in Nevada and support stewardship and protection of our public lands. The Division will also spotlight recreational opportunities for Nevadans and work to connect residents to these areas.
